Pre-registration <Shall We Talk? - Parent-Teen Re-connecting Group>

As a parent of a teenager, do you sometimes feel disconnected from your kid, or struggle to understand their emotional needs? You are not alone. Parenting during the stormy ages of adolescence can be challenging.  But it can also be an opportunity to rebuild trust, deepen your bond, and create a lasting relationship filled with love and understanding.

Our therapeutic program, inspired by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), is designed to help parents like you rediscover connection and repair communication. Join us for an immersive, supportive journey where you'll gain insights into your parenting strengths and learn transformative tools to nurture your family bond.

• July 6(Sunday)   2pm - 6pm (parents and teens)

Participant No.: Max. 6 families 

Language: Cantonese (and English with teens if needed) 

Targets: Families with adolescents (12-18 years old) 

Price:   CAD 750 (For a family up to 2 parents and 1 teen) 

Screening Intake:  After enrolment, you will be contacted to complete a screening intake to assess your eligibility to join the group. You only have to pay when you are accepted to the group.

Due to limited spots, please register as soon as possible to avoid being put in the waiting list. 

Program Fees and Insurance Reimbursement: Program fees may qualify for reimbursement through your private insurance under Social Worker services for Group Therapy. The determination and approval of the claim are made by your private insurer. After each session, you will receive a receipt that you can submit to your insurer. It is the responsibility of participants to verify with their insurance company.

Refund Policy:

A refund will only be applied if at least 5 days' notice is given before the class, allowing those on the waitlist an opportunity to register and our team to make necessary arrangements. If notice is not provided within the specified time, the full session fee will be charged. Refunds are only available for remaining classes not attended, calculated on a pro-rated basis, and are subject to a $30 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for classes that have already been attended or missed.

陪我講 - 父母與青少年重新連結小組 （建基於情緒取向治療法，EFT）

作為一位青少年的父母，您是否有時感到與孩子的關係逐漸疏遠，或者難以理解他們的情感需求？您並不孤單。在青少年這段充滿挑戰的成長階段中，為人父母的角色時常面臨困難。然而，這同時也是一個重建信任、加深親子關係以及建立充滿愛與理解的長久關係的寶貴機會。

我們的治療性小組，以”情緒取向治療法（EFT）”為基礎，幫助重新找回與孩子的情感連結，並修復彼此之間的溝通障礙。這是一個深度溝通及支援性的旅程。在這裡，您將深入了解自身的育兒優勢，並學習能改變家庭關係的實用工具。

篩選登記： 報名後，我們將與您聯繫，進行篩選登記，以評估您的資格。報名獲接納後，你才需要付款。

由於人數有限，請盡快報名！

課程費用與保險報銷： 課程費用可能符合通過私人保險在社會工作者服務下進行團體治療的報銷資格。保險理賠的決定與批准由您的私人保險公司負責。在每次課程結束後，您將收到一張收據，您可以將其提交給您的保險公司。參與者有責任自行與保險公司確認報銷事宜。

退款政策： 退款需在課堂開始前至少5天通知，這樣可以讓等待名單上的家庭有機會參加 並作出安排。如果未能在通知期內告知，則將收取全額課程費用。退款只限於剩餘未上之課堂， 按比例計算，並需扣減行政費用$30， 已上或缺席之課堂皆不接受退款。
